Introductory Consultation
Free virtual or over the phone consultation with the aim of learning about you and your fitness goals. This session is designed to discuss the fitness options available and collaboratively select a plan that will both fit your personal needs and best position you to make healthy choices.

Single sessions are designed to provide flexibility for individuals with a busy schedule or clients who are trying to determine their fitness level and want to try different programs before committing to a package.

These training sessions are offered in conjunction with goal setting and dietary tips. Nutrition is as important to your fitness journey as the actual training, so we will combine education on both in order to help you meet your fitness goals. As goal setting is a critical step to achieving your desired results, this time will be used to establish goals which are both measurable and achievable, as well as provide you with a good understanding of the food choices you can make to help with weight loss and muscle gain.

2 Sessions/week for 45 minutes each = $110
3 Sessions/week for 45 minutes each = $150
4 Sessions/week for 45 minutes each = $180
These packages include a custom-built program designed to meet your fitness goals.

2 Sessions/week (45 minutes training session plus additional time to discuss nutrition) = $150
3 Sessions/week (45 minutes training session plus additional time to discuss nutrition) = $175
4 Sessions/week (45 minutes training session plus additional time to discuss nutrition) = $200
These packages combine training sessions with time to discuss and establish your specific nutritional goals. Examples of topics covered are dietary tips, grocery list examples, and micronutrients information.


Monthly packages include 45 minute training sessions with additional time alloted for nutrition guidance.

4 times a week = $750
Nutrition Advice and Dietary Tips.

If you have found your fitness routine works for you but would like to learn more about healthy eating habits, micro-elements, supplements and vitamins, of if you're just looking for an accountability partner, this session could be beneficial to you.
Healthy eating accounts for the majority of the success you will have during your fitness journey, and choosing what is on your plate starts with your grocery list. Examples of grocery lists are provided within these sessions.

My long-term packages are designed to help you stay motivated, passionate and on-track with your long-term goals. These packages also provide increased value per session. You are not alone in your fitness journey!
3-Month Package:
45-min sessions with nutrition guidance.
2 times a week = $525 x 3 months - $1,575
3 times a week = $625 x 3 months - $1,875
4 times a week = $725 x 3 months - $2,175
6-Month Package:
45-min sessions with nutrition guidance.
2 times a week = $500 x 6 months - $3,000
3 times a week = $600 x 6 months - $3,600
4 times a week = $700 x 6 months - $4,200
